MLK Equine Therapy - Since completing my first course in 2006 my mission as an Equine Therapist is to use my knowledge and abilities to help keep your equine partners feeling their very best in turn allowing them to be comfortable, happy & able to perform to the best of their abilities. In my sessions I use a mixture of the following techniques depending on each individual horse’s needs: Structural Balancing/alignment, Joint manipulation, stretches, Acupressure, Stress Point Releases, Massage, MFR (Myofascial Release), & energy work. Sessions typically last around an hr depending on what each horse needs I believe equine therapy goes hand in hand with proper veterinary care, dental care, farrier care & nutrition to keep your equine partner happy and healthy.
