Day rate NO KITCHEN: $420  (6am-11 pm)

Day rate kitchen ONLY: $100  (12 hrs)

Hourly rate NO KITCHEN: $35/hr (ideal for meetings!)

RENTAL AGREEMENT​

Big Coulee Barn and Hall

Barn: Smaller sand riding arena, heated (left in photo)

Hall: Open space with cement floor. Heated and has desks/tables, chairs, and bathrooms (right in photo)

Rental Rates

Per day: $175 (8 hours)

Per hour: $40/hr

Indoor and Outdoor Riding Arenas

Horse riding arenas, indoor is heated.

Rental Rates

Hourly: $35/hr  (minimum 2 hours)

Daily: $350 (6+hrs is considered a day rental)

Weekend: $750  (Friday 5pm to Sunday 6pm)
