Follow the steps below to book your time:

1. Read arena instructions

2. Read arena rules

3. Fill out a waiver for all participants (including drop-in participants)

4. All riders must be Ag Society members, get your membership here.

5. Open the App SPACES and click on Athabasca Ag Society or book below.

6. Click Book Now and select "Drop In - Indoor"

7. Select a time - There is NO time limit on how long you can stay unless there is a private booking. If there is a private booking those hours will not show up on the booking screen. 

8. Book Now

9. Choose your Riding Pass type - Payment will be done via credit card on the app for drop in.  Riding passes will be linked with your account.

10.  Fill out the pass form and purchase your pass. Purchase can be done online or via Etransfer to info.aadas@gmail.com. **Etransfers will NOT get automatic memberships, they can take up to 5 days to get you set up.

11. ARENA CODES - An email will be sent to you with the code for the arena. If you don't see it, check your junk folder.
