Summer Pass Fee: $25


SIGN WAIVER PRIOR TO USE

Valid from July 1 to Aug 31, 2025

One flat fee ($25) provides unlimited access for July 1-Aug 31, 2025. We will extend the season as we can, weather permitting and as we have volunteers to keep the courts groomed.  Use it once or as many times as you'd like!

Bring your own ball.

Pass must be purchased prior to use and booking is required for each session.

Waiver must be completed prior to first use.

 

Enter through main gate.

Head North (towards the highway)  

Park on the North side of the Court

The last user is responsible for securely closing and chaining the court gate, and locking the main entrance gate upon leaving.

RULES

  1. Booking & Payment
    All users must pre-book their spot and pay before arriving. No drop-ins permitted. If you arrived and haven’t booked, do so before getting on the court. If you are onsite without being booked, this will result in immediate ban and a $500 fine.

  2. Ages​​

Ages 12 and under MUST have an adult on site. All players must have their own passes. signed waivers and have booked times while on site.

  1. Garbage & Recycling
    Please clean up after yourself. Take all garbage and recyclables with you when you leave.
     

  2. Substances
    No alcohol, marijuana, or illegal substances are permitted on-site. This will result in immediate ban and a $500 fine.
     

  3. Equipment
    Users must bring their own volleyballs.
     

  4. Damage & Maintenance
    If you notice any damage when you arrive, or damage occurs during your booking, report it immediately to: info.aadas@gmail.com
     

  5. Vehicles & Trailers
    No vehicles or trailers are allowed on the court without prior written approval from the Arena Committee.
     

  6. Smoking
    Smoking is prohibited within the arena and within 5 metres of the volleyball court. Make sure your cigarette butts are completely out and are not thrown on the ground.
     

  7. Pets
    No dogs or other animals are allowed inside the court area, or onsite with you.
     

  8. Conduct
    Be courteous and respectful to others at all times. Offensive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
     

  9. Open Court Use
    Open court time is for casual, public use only. No organized events, clinics, lessons, or group activities are permitted unless you have booked a private rental slot.
     

  10. Emergency Access
    Always ensure the entrances to the court and surrounding area remain clear for emergency vehicle access.
     

  11. Gate & Lockup
    The last user is responsible for securely closing and chaining the court gate, and locking the main entrance gate upon leaving. We have cameras onsite to monitor this.

     

  12. Footwear
    Only bare feet or socks recommended  (no cleats or shoes with aggressive tread) are allowed on the court.
     

  13. Weather Policy
    Use of the court is not permitted during lightning storms or other unsafe weather conditions. The Athabasca Ag Society reserves the right to cancel bookings during extreme weather.
     

  14. Liability
    All participants use the court at their own risk. The Athabasca Ag Society is not responsible for any lost or stolen items or any injuries sustained while on the premises.
     

  15. Court Setup
    Do not move or alter the court setup (nets, boundaries, posts) unless authorized.
     

  16. Ages
